5 Star Home Repair, LLC provides home repair and improvement services in the Hudson, FL and greater Tampa Bay area. All services are provided on a project basis. Specific terms, pricing, and timelines are agreed upon before work begins and may vary based on project scope and conditions.

Estimates and Pricing

Estimates provided through our website or in person are approximate and based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary depending on actual conditions encountered during the project. We will communicate any changes in pricing before proceeding with additional work.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed upon before the start of each project. We accept cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, and most major credit cards. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion.

Cancellation

You may cancel a scheduled service with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover scheduling and preparation costs.

Warranty

We stand behind our work and will address any issues related to our craftsmanship. Specific warranty terms vary by project type and are discussed before work begins. Our warranty covers our labor and workmanship, not pre-existing conditions or materials supplied by the customer.

Limitation of Liability

5 Star Home Repair, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
